Insurance

How do I arrange Insurance?
You will need to call your insurance provider and get them to temporally cover the car you are hiring from us. When you do this you will need to ask them to send us a copy of the insurance to Insurance@DualHire.co.uk

Delivery

How do I arrange delivery?
When you contact us to arrange hiring a car please let us know that you need delivery, We will then arrange a time that's good for you. We can also collect the car once you have finished with it. (Charges do apply for this service check the Prices Page or contact us for a quote.)

Extending my rental

Extending my rental?
We know it can sometimes be difficult to know how long you need a car for. All we ask if that you try and work out how long you need it for before hand, but if things change to let us know how much longer you need the car for. As long as it has not been promised to someone else on the due back date we are more than happy to extend your rental. If you need to contact us to extend your rental Click Here

Payment

Deposit?
For any Short Term Rental we require a £150 deposit which will be returned to you once the car has been returned and all due payment on the car have been made. You can pay the deposit by either Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque or PayPal Click here for the PaPal Deposit Page

Payment?
We require you to pay for the hire of the car before or when you receive the car for the time you require it for. If you extend the hire of the car we will ask you to pay for the extra time at the time of the extension.
